- When registering same child for more than one class per week, 10% discount will apply for the second class when enrolled in the full session.
- Global Gymnastics reserves the right to change or cancel classes if less than three participants have signed up
Cancellation Policy: There will be no refunds after attending the first class, credit will be issued only in the event that your child can no longer participate due to medical reasons (a doctor’s note is required). $25 administration fee will be charged if reduction of hours is requested and approved by the club.
Global Recreational Programs Description
PARENTS & TOTS (45 MINUTES)
Parents & Tots program at Global Gymnastics is a 45-minute class designed for children aged from 18 months to 3 years old. Certified coaches will guide children with their parents’ occasional assistance through basic gymnastics skills while having fun on gymnastics equipment suited for this age.
JUNIOR CLASS (1 HOUR)
Our Junior class is designed for boys and girls who are 3 to 5 years of age. During this class athletes will learn the basics of gymnastics on appropriately sized equipment. This one- hour class is designed to be fun while teaching children the fundamentals of gymnastics and is excellent for development of strength, flexibility, and focus that can be applied in other sports. Equipment is set up for children to safely try skills on their own, which enables them to feel independent with satisfying sense of success and progress. Progress report and coach’s recommendation on next steps is given after full session.
SENIOR CLASS (1 HOUR)
Senior class is designed for children aged 5 to 9. Our Senior class program gives our young athletes the opportunity to develop their gymnastic skills in a fun and safe environment. Children are introduced to all gymnastics events; Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor while continuing to master fundamental skills, core strength and choreography. This class develops a great base for other sports. Progress report and coach’s recommendation on next steps is given after full session.
ADVANCED CLASS (1.5 HOURS)
Advanced class is designed for children 5 to 9 years old. Children in this class spend more time on all gymnastics events with similar difficulty to Senior class described above. It is best suited for athletes with some experience and for those who are looking to move faster into more difficult and competitive programs. Progress report and coach’s recommendation on next steps is given after full session.
ELITE (2 HOURS)
Elite program provides athletes who are 5 to 9 years old with the opportunity to further develop their gymnastics skills through progression on all gymnastics events, tumble track and the next level of physical conditioning. This advanced recreational program prepares your children for the potential to enter our competitive programs. Progress report and coach’s recommendation on next steps is given after full session.
RECREATIONAL ADVANCED (1.5 HOURS)
Recreational Advanced class is excellent for children of 8+ years old age group and who have already done at least one full session of one-hour class or may have taken a break and wish to resume gymnastics while skipping beginner level classes. All skills and exercises learned in this class supplement progress and growth in other sports. Progress report and coach’s recommendation on next steps is given after full session.
RECREATIONAL ADVANCED PLUS (2 HOURS)
This class offers higher difficulty for athletes 9+ years of age with a goal of transitioning into competitive levels. It is suited for previously experienced gymnasts or for those who possess advanced physical abilities and athleticism, but with less gymnastics experience. In either case this class prepares athletes for the next step if they wish to pursue competitive gymnastics. Progress report and coach’s recommendation on next steps is given after full session.
ACRO FOR DANCE (1 HOUR)
This class is designed for ages 7+ and is ideal for dancers, cheerleaders and gymnasts who have some experience and are looking to learn new or improve existing tumbling skills. Athletes are guided by certified coaches in learning desired skills in a fun and safe environment. Most of the class is spent on equipment such tumble track, trampoline and fast track.
